Pros

Bood brand, nice benefits and great people. You can do a lot of social thing besides work. You can do sport, go to theatre or whatever you want to. Yous suggest it to Party Planner and he will arrange it in Siemens network. This way you get chance other emplyees too and have fun without working! I really enjoy this system they have in Nokis Siemens network. Where work and freetime is both ogether possible. Besides that you get a lot of fun while doing all this. The salary is also ok. Not that good but neither bad.

Cons

Hard work, unsecurity about getting layd off.

Pros

good benefits, interesting technology If you like working long hours, Nokia is the place for you. The people are great, the environment and culture is good. The company has a long history of surviving and reinventing itself over the past 140 years. Has a European feel and has much divertisty. Management never tires of changing things every 6 months. Good use and embracing technology

Cons

employees are expected to interact globally, no travel permitted, so you have conference calls around the clock 3am, midnight, 6pm etc Management never tires of changing things every 6 months. Company has a strong global brand but has failed with the US market, conserviative approach to business.

Pros

Culture is great. Work/Life balance is very well respected at all levels of management. Genuine caring by upper management for its people. Opportunity to work with other cultures is very much encouraged and necessary to be successful. Good environment in the office. Encouragement to work remotely as long as appropriate for the role. Company culture is very diverse.

Cons

Clhallenging to meet schedules and deliver on time. Quality is not where it used to be. Too much focus on technology for the sake of technology instead of to meet market demands. A bit behind on technology (touch and qwerty) that is now in the market in full force.
