1) Empowered to make key decisions 2) Flexible work culture - work from home, personal time off, etc 3) Encouraged to learn skills beyond daily work 4) Mistakes are accepted as part of the learning curve 5) Enormous cultural diversity 6) Top class facilities & infrastructure 7) Everyone has a voice - can criticize anyone without fear or favor
Cons
1) People not aggressive enough wrt goals 2) Bewildering array of tools & processes - takes eons to understand 3) Workaholics will find it a bit difficult, as that culture is non-existent
