      Pros

      flat management, freedom to manage its working time (possibility to work home), fast decision making, good respect of employees, excellent working environment, stress level is acceptable

      Cons

      management has been doing poor business decisions, organisations are complexed and they overlap eachother, Business units work in cylo and no one care about what the other is doing

      Amazing code architecture. Too much to learn Nice top level managers/decision makers

      Cons

      In India office the managers are technologically backwards. They have no idea how software Engineering Principles work. They treat production software as a services support software.
