Pros

Great access to new technologies

Cons

Confused (or lack of competence) high management, long time to make decisions which have been making the executor impatience and finally left the company. Too much grey opinions in decision making. Perhaps don't even know why the decision was made that way.

Pros

You can work very independently, where ever you want, and take time off quite flexibly if your tasks allow you to do so. Have had some very good managers and coaches in the company but also experienced the challenges.

Cons

Decision making is a general issues though. Lots of politics and inefficiency. You have to put in long hours, weekends etc. At the same time you see a lot of people in the company who have not had anything to do for a long time.
