      Nice salary, good benefits, great facilities, great work life, very intelligent people working, and dedication to getting the job done right (on time) with limited resources.

      Cons

      Unstable business (many unknowns), no personal growth, competitor pressure forces changes in the way we do business (very limited resources), uncertain if the position will remain in the US, or be move to China.

      It is the world's largest mobile phone make and has fancy products. It promotes work/ life balance. Respect people. Culture is good.
