Staff are empowered and there is minimal micro management. Excellent work/life balance. Great training and career growth opportunities. Great achievement and bonus incentives.

Cons

Multiple re-orgs have left some teams demotivated.

Pros

Good nice green environment, friendly people. Good food. Experienced management and very professional, competent workforce and good manners which is sometimes not found in other workplaces

Cons

Lousy collaboration and sometimes pressurising due to high targets. Very ambitious colleagues sometimes abit over bearing but still reasonable at the end of the day.

Nokia India not in the global scheme of Nokia R&D Decisions take too much time, sometime due to this transparency is questioned not much confidence in the new strategy
