Although the economic and competitive environment has been difficult for the past decades, Nokia has kept investing in innovation. Working in a global company is often challenging, rewarding and fun. You get the opportunity to travel around the word, and meet with customers and colleagues in different cultures.

Cons

In a telecoms industry that is in constant transformation, the roadmap to the future is often curvy and bumpy. Strategic redirections, organizational changes, headcount reductions, ... may always be around the corner.
