Homeworking 2 days per week in France

Cons

High level of stress, created by a middle management far away from the real life, and not concerned about the "humanity" of the resources under their management. Heavy reporting culture, just for the sake of Reporting (not linked with a "vision" or a real need). Dilution of responsibilities, too many silos, complex organization: lack of ownership and autonomy. Reduction in Force to come in France - most probably.

bureaucracy is huge. Taking decision is very slow. It is still reshaping organization because of acquisition with Alcatel-Lucent.
