- Open door policy - Good managers - Friendly teammates - Company pushes you to learn - Good medical benefits - Open to new technologies

Cons

- Engineers are required to do everything at once almost covering every role from scrum master, to PO, to software design and architecture - If the company is in trouble, it won't hesitate to lessen its manpower and sacrifice a good workplace to reduce budget at the expense of its employee's welfare - With declining manpower and poor office facilities, those who are left are still expected to deliver fast

Finally taking a broader diversity view and working to improve in that arena. Socially conscious and working to improve. Good benefits etc.

Cons

Very focused on certain locations in company and pet products and if you're not in them, you get little support and targets for downsizing. Many decisions made by slashing a line in a spreadsheet.
