Pros

You can take advantage of the global resources of the company and there are lots of learning opportunities if you are interested. The company is in a transformation period which constitutes new opportunities.

Cons

Decision taking is a bit slow which is relatively normal when it comes to big organizations. Although not mandatory, French speaking is a big asset for international exposure.

Pros

Quality products and good industry reputation, great benefits package, nice atmosphere and located in a very nice part of central Pennsylvania.

Cons

Offer commodity products at above average price points, leading to market share issues. Weak go-to-market strategy, marketing collateral, website and CRM tools limit sales opportunities.
