      Paycheck on-time and 401k match above average.

      Cons

      Pay below national average for experience. Work is grueling, I would leave work sweating through clothes most days. Working night shift for electrical engineer with 10 years of experience. Air conditioning in faraday lab is non-existent. Engineers do manual labor consistently. Failure to obey local mandates for masks. Failure to make sure the air in the building is clean to breathe.
