      Met some great people from different backgrounds.

      Cons

      Being as this is a European Based Company, they DO NOT ADHERE to US work standards. Glorified "Sweat Shop". You get worked like a dog for crappy pay.

      Forced to work OT Management treats their favorites better You get hounded for making a mistake There’s no support from management

      They are willing to give people a chance to prove themselves in leadership roles. There is room for growth in the company and a willingness to move around will make happen even faster.

      Cons

      The environment is trial by fire. The training is minimal. Upper management holds their cards very close and makes poorly timed decisions.
