- POOR PAY, POOR SALARY (Compare salaries to other Newrest units across other countries, also convert them to your designated currency (and see what we earn monthly in Nigeria), and compare them to similar roles in other organizations and see.) - No professional growth (courses, training, certificates, seminars, and more) - No salary structure (a junior would earn more than you). - A bad place to be for a career start - Top Unprofessionalism - Managers only enjoy benefits and get focused on - Our management here isn't doing better to provide for the staff's welfare. (For example, a staff bus and many more could help, as the inflation has tripled with us staff still earning the same salary.)

Cons

Management not taking payroll seriously was my only issue. Any manager is going to make sure their own hours are corrected but the employees who make the company move everyday have to go to hell and back about their money that was rightfully earned.
