There's like a thousand cons of this environment, but I'll stick to the main ones. I don't know what it's like at the other locations around the world but here in Atlanta very toxic environment your voice goes unheard as a regular employee all management has power and influence over your life and whether you keep your job no matter what you do whether you do something wrong or not somebody could just not like you and suspend you then fire you. Your job is on the line every day due to home much stuff has happened in the past at this location very sensitive positions. A lot of managers are not all but a lot have very sensitive egos as well you giving your opinion on something you think is unfair could get you fired. You also won't get a promotion or job change unless a manager likes you in a quid pro quo way, or you're seeing by them as a kiss up/ snitch. A write-up stays in your file for 6 months now and one right up will equal to never getting a promotion or changing job titles.

The only thing I don't like about newrest is not providing translation for the staff
