      Paid weekly that’s the only thing good.

      Cons

      The management very unprofessional and don’t know anything about catering. They issued out overtime to people that they associate with only. They will terminated you for no reason.

      -Salaries are always paid on time -Bus/metro tickets covered, and part of fuel costs covered if commuting with private vehicle -Paid overtime -In case of a workplace accident, procedures are followed by the book -Mutual dislike of upper management (even by middle management itself) fosters a "we are all in this madness together" camaraderie among employees -Pleasant, steady cool temperature -Working here will make you appreciate every subsequent work environment

      -Lack of equipment, especially during high tourist season, leading to employees often arguing with each other and hoarding equipment for themselves -Management taking the route of "blame the employee, not hear the employee out" whenever a complaint is voiced -Arbitratry checks by management regarding the weight of the food - "why did you put 110g of meat here when it should be 120g?" which is impossible to weigh individually during high workload days when speed is paramount -"No one leaves until the work is finished" mentality -Workload that is on most days impossible to complete in 8 hours

      This experience was eye opening and personally educational to me as a young person newly in the working world.

      Pros

      The pay is exceptional for the work done on the daily, the management isn't breathing down your neck as long as you're a productive worker, and there are many people from all walks of life to meet and interact with.

      Mismanagement, communication, lack of accountability.
