Tough and rough

Pros

the wage is quite good, and they always need help so extra hours are easy to get

Cons

The working days are very long, and you are expected to leave when the work is done, not when your shift is over, so if someone is sick or there is a sudden change, you might get a 14 hour work day. The tone and words of many colleagues and management is very unpleasant, rough, sexist and racist. The work you have completed is reviewed based on how well your group preformed, and there are a lot of people who likes many and long smoking breaks.

Pros

Great people and free lunch perks.

Cons

Poor management makes the job more difficult and confusing. It’s a constant revolving door with a high employee turnover.
