prestigious, demanding, educational, historic, technically very vast, many possibilities for professional travel

Cons

Relatively average pay, few raises, historically not focused on software, the company's software production capacity does not keep up with its sales growth, teams are easily overloaded without salary increases, not made for a career as a developer but more for a developer manager
