Pros

The people are very nice and there is a really friendly atmosphere amongst colleagues

Cons

Poor pay (once you are in, you hardly evolve and bonus expectation is never met for most people). Hard work is recognized only with additional work. The overall atmosphere and outlook is negative amongst employees. High performers end up leaving. Management provides directives without real transparency. No accountability for results and performance, as many topics are political (particularly if something needs approval from Paris, the head office).
