"roll up your sleeves" culture; focused on group accomplishment. Employees generally approach each new challenge with an attitude of "we'll figure it out as we go along", rather than looking for a specific roadmap. In this sense, those willing to put in the effort can gain a great sense of accomplishment from working at Natixis.

Cons

You need to be in the "inner circle" to be recognized. If you're not, you're persona non grata. Management seems to surround itself only with those people who agree with them. Essentially there are a lot of "yes" people who are simply seeking to curry favor with the CEO. The CEO, unfortunately, doesn't recognize this and is therefore quite insulated from what's going on.

Horrific HR practices, told everyone that I resigned while Natixis fired me (for performance while performance reviews were actually above expectations). General lack of management expertise of the head of Business Management in IB. This person should not be allowed to manage anyone and needs to get a life.

Toxic & Worst Political Environment, No career Growth

Pros

Nice and big building which will contribute nothing to your career path. You get paid for being a toy who just follow everything without putting brain your own brain .

Cons

Too much Politics, you will never feel that you are working at good place as it is full of rude Brazilians who play politics. Managerial teams are also biased towards their opinions and actions, and are very unprofessional and unable to manage the team with fair decision making.
