      Pros

      I learned a lot about on-premises infrastructure. The team environment was positive, with accessible and collaborative colleagues. The team leader is approachable and attentive, and strives to keep the team happy, despite the limitations imposed by upper management. The company provides opportunities to learn new languages and promotes a respectful and diverse environment. There is an effort to keep employees happy regarding compensation, but it still needs more work.

      Cons

      The repetitive workload can be demoralizing for employees who strive to have more diverse tasks and are eager for growth. There are some challenges regarding access to work tools. Sometimes it takes a long time to have access to certain assets. The documentation and sharing of information about the infrastructure could be clearer and more accessible. Attending language lessons during work hours is not always convenient, but this can be negotiated.

      Pros

      Overall great work experience, friendly colleagues with an open and accepting culture. Possibility to apply for other jobs inside the company and moving within the company is incentivised.

      Cons

      Lacks maturity in some subjects despite belonging to a big group. The way the group was formed still has it's repercussions in the way we work with other entities of the group and other teams as the sometimes the information is not well organized.
