      Pros

      Laid back considering its a bank, flexible work schedule, GREAT healthcare benefits. Small enough where you can get involved in many things, and speak to everyone.

      Pros

      It's a place where you are encouraged to go outside your comfort zone and try new things. Time off and benefits are very reasonable, people are friendly. Can't beat the location. Product line up is arguably best in industry and is supported by a sophisticated sales model.

      Cons

      Challenges include small size of company relative to other industry leaders. An opportunity to take on challenges but at times you are at a loss for step by step guidance.
