Outstanding engineers - smart people working on cutting edge stuff. Plus, they seem to really care about each other - it is a family atmosphere.

Cons

No bonuses. Vacation policy is hard to parse and is somewhat dependent on your manager - i.e. he/she has a significant influence on your vacation days.

Pros

The work culture is very good. People are open to new ideas and suggestions. I have recently completed my masters program, and soon after that I joined this company. The environment still feels that I am in my college lab, with all the talented, and hardworking people around. We work together as a team. Everyday I learn something new. What else could I ask for.

Cons

I wish there were some outdoor sporting arenas. I can understand that the Pune campus, in which I am working can't accommodate such a thing, but I really miss the sporting facilities which were there in my previous college.
