Very interesting work. You always get to work on cutting-edge technology. The management here is also very nice and understanding towards its employees and strives to help you in every way possible. The perks and benefits are also really good.

Cons

You need to be really efficient as the work can be demanding with tight timeline constraints.

Pros

Amazing coworkers, great managers who recognize hard work and look after their employees, the job itself is exciting. Schedule can be flexible and option to work fully remote. Compensation and benefits feel competitive. We get quarterly free days giving us a 4 day weekend each quarter, on top of holidays and regular PTO. In 2022, when the stock had gone down dramatically, employees were given an additional stock grant to compensate, I do not think any other company did such a thing. And in lieu of layoffs, they underwent aggressive cost cutting elsewhere so that employee pay and benefits were unaffected. This is the first company that I have felt I had a real future at.

CEO -- puts Steve Jobs, etc. to shame. Deep knowledge of EVERYTHING. One of the best CEOs in the world at business strategy Nimble, moves fast and acts like a start up Not hiearchical -- CEO and sr execs know everyones name and want input from them. Everyone has an impact.

Cons

Lots of email, lots of ambiguity, always on.
