      -transport -food -IT assets at the cost your mental health and burnout

      Cons

      - Not all profitable companies are good at culture NVIDIA strives at AI but has failed to integrate young working professional in their culture, oldies sitting there for 10-20 years in the same company have assumed it is their own company and won't let you stay if you're an NCG or early career professional, the work load, unrealistic expectations, and toxic critic work culture is the reason their benefits are good, bcz you will need it once you join. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR PEACE OF MIND

      Great pay and equity plan. Flat hierarchy. If you are motivated not much can stop you from making an impact. Bonus is working with some genuinely smart people
