Pros

Flexible work hours for most groups. Good office location. Excellent if slightly odd medical insurance. Some of the more useless directors and VP's have been cashing out and leaving.

Cons

Sr. Mgmt. painfully out of touch with normal earners; employee or customer. Caste system runs wild. If you try and talk up you are not seen. No perks. Tuition reimbursement, gone. Company store credit, gone. Spring thank you party, gone. No real advancement opportunities.

Pros

Pay is good that's the only thing I can say.

Cons

-Too much politics. -Not a good company to start your career. -In Pune this company actually did acquisition of a start-up firm. Now crowd from this start-up has formed a good family and most of the other employees you always find working for senior management's home need. -Work Exp what you will get here is not needed anywhere. -Too much of time to do donkey work. -Even if you worked for 3 year your salary will be same what you had at your joining.
