      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, managers with integrity, effort is noticed, appreciated, and compensated. There is a general respect for free time.

      Cons

      Not always a clear professional progression, job descriptions do not always accurately describe the actual responsibilities. The company tends to over-load employees so it can be difficult to get responses and feedback from other groups unless you start adding managers and directors to email communique.

      Pros

      company has many onsite technical review sessions; salary is fine; there are still some reminiscence of startup spirit in some people, very good project management.

      Cons

      top-down management style, do not treat people with much respect, engineers have little or no say. It is a tough place to work in, people are quite tense.

      Interesting products I must enter at least 5 words to submit, but i can't think of that many good words about nvidia.

      Slave labor 10% salary reduction company wide while i was there no paid time off 90 hour work week over Christmas holiday
