      Free and working challenge thing with smart colleagues and can be yourself .it opens mind company ceo is very take care all of employees for working and life balanced

      Long time with subcontractors and spend so much time for hands on meeting and it need to working with cross function department such as qa’and test engineer and rd team

      Get to work with some really smart people, solving some very interesting problems

      Cons

      Top down leadership, so literally all middle management sucks. VP's are quite good. Tend to pigeon hole employees.

      Pros

      Salary as good as other big VLSI companies. More benefits than other VLSI companies wrt paternity leave, insurance etc.

      Cons

      There's too much politics here. Everyone just wants to show that they are working, even when they are not working, and even at cost of showing that others are not working. At implementation level, some teams use very very old methodologies. You dont learn industry standard things here. So you will not learn things that will help you remain in this industry. Worst work life balance i have ever seen till today.
