      Pros

      1) Good stock options, giving you better yield - Sole reason to survive for 5+ years 2) Not require to be intelligent or smart, any average theoretically knowlegable (which will come by experience ofcourse) person can survive

      Cons

      1) Worst work life balance 2) Full of average folks, you will find folks of 12-13 yrs experience with almost 0 knowldege apart from theroretical knowledge which naturally comes with experience 3) Management is bad, in terms of listening to its employees. Managers and HRs work in nexus( I am not sure same applicable with other companies)

      Pros

      It's a fast-moving, highly technical work environment. There's no worry about getting bored. There are lots of opportunities to take on more responsibilities and to advance. Employees are well-compensated and there are very good benefits. Movement within the company, after a reasonable amount of time, is encouraged and is, in fact, the norm. After 8 years at NVIDIA, it's clear that the culture of honesty, accountability, and fairness is real.

      Cons

      The things that make it interesting and sometimes exciting can also make it stressful. New product introductions and new versions happen at a rapid pace and training and documentation sometimes lag behind a little making it challenging to answer customer questions.
