      workspace - tiny cubes overly inclusive in hiring based on race, sexual preference, etc instead of hiring the best people. Missing milestones/deadlines is allowed

      During my time at NVidia, I found the company culture to be inclusive, fostering teamwork and creativity. The company constantly encourages innovation so that employees feel empowered to suggest or try new methods and new ideas. The leadership team embraces a "learnt from failures' mentality, creating a supportive environment for professional growth and development.

      - inspiring CEO - highly talented people - great compensation plan with RSUs and ESPP that paid off big time

      Cons

      - some orgs are stuck in a legacy working mode, with highly territorial managers, overhead that crawls everything down to a stop, and low morale among employees - some people are clearly just tagging along waiting for their RSUs to vest, but not contributing much or trying very hard.
