Strong company culture and tremendous innovation. NVIDIA is a large family of passionate professionals working for the future. Good pay, amazing benefits for dads and moms, tons of interesting projects you can get involved in

Cons

Can be stressful due to the size of the company (less than 10k employees) vs the market we're addressing, we need to be on a lot of projects in very different regions

- Great work environment - Interesting jobs with responsibilities - Coworkers are highly skilled and opened to help, give their opinion - Very good benefits - Work/Life balance

Cons

Because I have to, I would say that Beaverton office building is (in 2016) not the fancy place you could expect from Nvidia, but the activities with coworkers and general mood compensate it. I believe Santa-Clara office is a very fancy place though.
