      Pros

      Great environment to work in. Bright people, good spirit, cool attitude. Very interesting tasks and topics assigned to work on. Very prominent company, broad recognition, good reputation. Innovative mindset, novel ideas are honored and encouraged.

      Cons

      A bit too fast paced at times. Values and culture prominently communicated, but not all of management is following it themselves. Very US centric, international offices are sort of behind w.r.t equipment, benefits, processes etc.

      fast paced and high visbility if you do a good job. very flat organization and mgt are hands on.

      Cons

      a little unpersonal and somewhat stressful relationship between employees and long hours.

      Pros

      Extremely fast paced, latest technology, smart people. If you like working with cutting edge products, this is the best place to work.

      Cons

      Hard management style, must be able to turn off your ego and react to changes in plans. Some people don't do well with the aggressive styles whichn require new hires to quickly find your way in the organization.
