Pros
Very interesting work. Smart people are everywhere here. The products you make will create a buzz in their respective industries. Nice name recognition when talking to other engineers with respect to your company if that matters to you.
Cons
The downside to working at NVIDIA would include working with the occasional arrogant person which would be true at just about any company.
