      new techs to learn growth of employees rewards like RSU's :) free food for whole day :) ease of timings balanced work

      Cons

      bad mgmt all idiots sitting at your head. They do there work by asking you how to do it. Food is not good. :( unneccesary pressure created some time at work.

      Learn useful tech as software engineer. Flexible working time. Good environment. Nice manager

      Cons

      Compared to the new wave of web company in China(Baidu, Sina, Tencent...), salary are not so competitive. And in most time, Chinese are doing same jobs as the colleague in US and Euro, but earned only about 1/3 salaries.
