      Pros

      A energetic company with a lot of talent guys. Great building, nice food, and cosy office atmosphere. One big PLUS is that Jen-Hsun Huang, as I see it, may be one of the most far-sighted CEO in silicon valley.

      Cons

      Not so much to complain. The only thing is that, as it's such a big company, everything one can only deal with a really tiny bit of the chip. Not the ideal place for those who want to get everything in hand.
