      Coworkers were amazing and made the experience better

      No benefits for employees (healthcare is bare minimum IMO, and discount coupons twice a year a joke) You are expected to have an app in your personal phone and be available 247 No phones while working policy, yet there’s info and lessons on app that are expected to be completed There’s overall this vibe that sales personnel are not trusted at all, yet they are the key personnel and are expected to make $$ for the company Wasteful and unecological, products with minor problems are thrown away instead of selling in discount or given to employees.
