Very good training in the introduction You have the negotiation power when you design your shifts Friendly collegues, low hierarchy

If you work in Finland, they love giving you temporary work contracts, so you have to take care of your own employment before it expires Some very few workers get decent amount of shifts while others get...too few. Good for students who seek for part-time employment or kids living with parents, but not great for those having a family
