Easy going workplace, no pressure on you to achieve or work to deadlines. Easy-going and understanding management. You don't have to dress up to go to work.

Cons

Disorganised, time-wasting and bored workforce. It's difficult to get your problems sorted. If you reach the top of your band that's it, this is how much salary you will get for the rest of your life. Rubbish career opportunities for administrative workforce. No challenges, no rewards, just a daily grind.

Pros

As a doctor I was doing the job of my dreams so the NHS allowed me that avenue.

Cons

My salary decreased for last 3 years. I was unable to take my annual leave as the managers or bosses would decline it. Management prioritise cutting costs and corners for quick wins rather than increasing efficiency safely for the long run.
