Pros

You get access to their Pension Scheme and an employer card that gives you discount in many places.

Cons

It's a stressful environment and your work conditions depends on each employer as there is no regulation for hour rate so you can either receive a good payment or not.

Cons

salary is less competitive than the private sector, nhs has difficulties in recognising individuals who are outperforming colleagues, arbitrary annual increment
