Pros

Struggling to think of any.

Cons

Your experiences varies massively depending on your placement, for which you have no control over. Some placement managers will be alumni of the scheme and will offer great support, others couldn't care less. If you raise any issues they will be solely blamed on you

Pros

Good pension scheme. Internal programmes for progression are also good opportunities.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid. Don’t expect to ever finish on time. Expect to always work with limited resources and limited time. Staff shortage is a huge problem and causes further workload burden on the remaining work force. Demands are getting higher but without the resources or man power it’s unsustainable.
