Pros

Ability to train within the organisations, interesting work with clients, research based.

Cons

enormously bureaucratic company, don't value own employees, everything takes unnecessary time, hours, weeks and months wasted, keeps people undated.

Pros

Very good salary comfortable environment pleasant staff. .

Cons

Heavy work load. Concentrates on patient validations per day. No scope for promotion. As a contractor not much contact with permanent staff. Not much scope for promotion. Very repetitious and mundane.

Pros

Excellent caring dedicated manager, ok job security , on the whole decent people to work with and ok environment within the lab

Cons

Unsocial hours, pay poor especially out of hours payments since agenda for change, short staffed, not enough hours in the day to get the work done, the rest of the nhs hardly knows you exist or how hard you work
