Slowly being eroded by a government with an agenda

Pros

I believe in what I do and get the opportunity to help people, treating everyone equally regardless of how much money they have.

Cons

My organisation is slowly being eroded by budget cuts and 'efficiency savings' (despite the talk about ring fences). The government seems to have a hidden agenda that goes like this: put so much pressure on the NHS that the services will fail and patients will suffer. Then the public will turn against the 'failing NHS' and they will be less resistant to the idea of privatising healthcare.
