The working environment is great and the facilities are always clean. My colleagues are also very friendly and helped me around on my first day.

Cons

There was a lot of construction work going on in the area which made manoeuvrability an issue as well as the interruptions from noise.

Good holiday allowance, people are generally there because they want to help others, varied workload, no two days are the same

Cons

Target focused culture, limited resources available for training, increasing focus on leadership development but this is yet to filter through to all staff, staff are too busy to make time for other staff
