Pros

Great, supportive attitude from almost all staff, irrespective of role or grade. Opportunity to experience other areas of the organisation. Training opportunities are improving (mainly delivered in house).

Cons

Budgets are inevitably tight, so externally funded training is limited. Quality of the buildings is often poor, with very limited space for offices etc.
