Good if dedicated. Satisfying. Salary okay but not as good as is in other careers.

Long hours out of contract. Poor work/life balance Poor support Progression very limited due to bottle neck at registrar level

Plenty of work available, lots of scope to move around to different departments. Colleagues generally supportive and good team spirit

Cons

Stress, poor pay and conditions. Continual change of processes and targets/priorities. Overworked difficult to get a break when on duty.
