Pros

Good team and friendly people. Trying to help me develop what career I want to be doing and setting up things to help with this.

Cons

Lack of variety of tasks on a day to day basis. Sometimes not enough work to do. Office setting so not a variety of different places to visit.

Pros

Job safety, satisfaction and support. Good and clear career progression with in house training available. Good access to resources such as HR occupational health. Pay is not reflective in commitment I put in. But at the same time quick career progression has compensated for that.

Cons

Career progression is slow unless you are willing to move hospitals. Salary is banding therefore no incentive that work hard get paid more.
