Pros

Client contact , supporting some of most disenfranchised people in the community. Working with other staff who care about the client group. Seeing positive outcomes in peoples lives.

Cons

Lack of funding, staff shortages, unmanageable caseloads when others are off, poor It systems, lack of support from NHS managers. Seeing peoples choices lead to poor physical ,mental health outcomes.
