9am -5pm so good work-life balance.

Cons

Not much opportunity for progression. No flexi time/ work from home for lower band employees. Salary much lower compared to the same role in facility sector/ education institution.

The people are great to work with, supportive, intelligent, hard working and dedicated.

Cons

The pay is poor and it increases incrementally under agenda for change at a very slow and low rate. Once you hit the top of your band you won't receive another pay increase unless you change jobs.
