Pros

It's really interesting work. I love typing and listening to all the medical terminology and what is covered in clinics. I love working with all the different software systems and information you need to research and enter. I love working as part of a team and getting to be a part of patient care.

Cons

Unfortunately staff moral is often quite low in departments and there seems to be quite a lot of clickiness between offices and people, often a lot of racism too which can put a negative twist on such an amazing organisation to work in. A lot of my colleagues and friends experience these things too. Unfortunately it's a societal problem that is then brought into work where work should be a barrier and filter for these issues.
