Pros

It’s in the city centre

Cons

Poorly managed, concerns and suggestions not taken into consideration at all. My direct manager did not know the difference between my band 3 role and my colleagues band 4 role. Staff are not respected - I stepped up for a month to perform a band 4 role and was only paid band 4 for additional hours I worked.

Pros

Great Establishment In awe of the work Doctors and other professionals do Sharing experiences with other staff If you are in the right role, opportunities to be involved in important activities will come

Cons

Very Very tall management structure. You cannot talk to the senior person without going through staff that report under them first. Slow/ reactive to issues and problems Poor development unless you're at least a Band 5 Repetitive work, due to not being at least a Band 5
