Pros

Media company is a plus - exciting "products" that you can be proud of seeing in the real world. Overall work-life balance is better than other companies.

Cons

Specifically in the organization that I left - there is immense turn over. It's actually pretty crazy, about 70%. Large part is poor leadership of the organization that is too focused on cost reductions and not bringing value to the internal customers.

The environment is fast-paced and FUN! Even if you are not into entertainment and media, its hard not to be thrilled with all the exciting projects.

Cons

Can be extremely political. Senior management can be terribly short-sighted. If you're not into constant action and long hours, this may not be the place for you.
